Privacy Notice
Thank you for visiting our website!
At Public Peace, we take the protection of your data very seriously. The following points are intended to provide you with information about how we at Public Peace handle your data. The legislator has issued the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which we as a company naturally comply with. We only collect, process and store data that help us to process your order, requests and inquiries. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

3. Transmission of your data to third parties:

We will, if you have placed an order through our website share your order information with partner companies and contractors who will process and ship your order to you. The legal basis for this is the fulfillment of the contract concluded with you (e.g. in the case of orders) or the initiation of a contract, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO). We will also pass on personal data to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so. In this case, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
4. Data automatically collected by our website:
We are pleased that you visit our website. We do not collect any precise personal data in relation to your visit to our website, our shop and our configurator. We do not track where you are, what pages or articles you view, or what instrument you configure. Such movement profiles are only collected in a general and anonymous manner in order to measure the use of our website and to improve its content overall. Only after you have logged in, placed an order or configured and saved or ordered an instrument do we collect and save your data in order to be able to process your request.
5. Right of appeal:
In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged violation. 6. Right to object:
You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which is based on Art. 6 I e) or f; this also applies to profiling based on this provision. The person responsible will then no longer process the personal data unless he can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Links to other websites:
Links to other websites displayed on our website may collect user data if you "click" on them or otherwise follow their instructions. We have no control over the data collected voluntarily or involuntarily through third party advertisements or websites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the advertised websites if you have any concerns about their collection and use of your information.
8. Registration:
You have the option of registering as a customer in our shop or in our configurator. To do this, you must enter some of your personal data via an input mask, after which the data will be transmitted to Public Peace and stored by us. The data you enter here will not be passed on to third parties. Only after a successful order will your data be transmitted to partner companies in order to enable the execution of your order. As a user, you have the option to cancel the registration at any time. You can have the data stored about you deleted at any time. If the data is required to fulfill an order, request or to carry out pre-contractual measures, the data can only be deleted prematurely if there are no contractual or legal obligations to the contrary.
9. Contact form and email contact:
If you use our contact form or send us an email, your data will only be processed and stored for the duration of the conversation. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. Apart from the conversation, there is a concern that entitles us to pass on your data. The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR. If the e-mail contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is over when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified.
